Ages 5 and up , Introduction to multiple disciplines and movement.
Aikido - Monday 7-8 p.m. Wednesday 6-7 p.m. Friday 7-8 p.m. Saturday 10-11 a.m.
Arnis - Wednesday 7-9:30 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 8-10 a.m.
Budo Fitness Foundations - Friday 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Martial arts fitness workout with stretching, breathing and meditating.
Judo - Tuesdays 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 to 9:00 ( including Jiu Jitsu matwork)
Family (Adults and older kids) Saturdays 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Jiu Jitsu & Matwork - Thursday 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. as lead in to judo class
Karate - Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. - Sundays 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Kendo - Monday 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. (by appointment) Wednesdays 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. - Saturdays 8:00 to 10:30 a.m.
